Designed and implemented a nationwide ITSM platform grounded in the ITIL framework; deployed a web-based IT service management and support-ticketing system across all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. Trained and enabled Ministry IT staff and civil servants on ITSM operations and ITIL best practices, building sustainable in-house support capacity across provincial offices. Participated in system requirements workshops, RFPs, and vendor selection committees for major government technology procurements.
